Vipassana Meditation-a logical process of mental purification through self-observation

Vipassana Meditation

As taught by S.N. Goenka and his Assistant Teachers

Vipassana is a simple and practical method of mental purification, which makes it possible to face the tensions and turbulations of daily life in a calm and balanced way. This path of self-development through self-awareness is extraordinary in its simplicity, its Lack of dogma and, above all, its results.

A ten-day residential course is an opportunity to learn this technique and experience the benefits of intensive meditation and self-purification. No previous experience of any meditation is necessary. The practice is acceptable to all, irrespective of caste, creed and religion. It helps all to lead a happier and more harmonious life.

All courses are financed entirely by grateful old students who have been benefited by Vipassana.

It’s good to know that some of the HR/Training community talking about the meditation technique. I have been with the institution for about two yrs and have been benefited by its regular practice.

I am fortunate enough to have come in contact with such a practice which is sect/cult free and enforces core human values.

I only wish if each one of us can value what we have been gifted with and walk this path.

I hope you are aware of a vipasana community on the yahoo group. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Vipassana_delhi_ncr .

    Hi,

To me Vipassana is a daily routine of observing your mental thought & aspirations, If positive will yield positve results, if negative will yield negative resuluts.

It runs on the principle of”As you sow, so you reap”.

One can truly attain eternal bliss by logically affirming positive thoughts(replacing negative ones) & eventually reaching a highly positive frame of mind ,where you can truly relate with the world without generating any sort of (Vikaar) & can attain spiritual connections with Nature & almighty.

The process is very scientific & logical, & its really worth engrossing the same in our daily living schedule.

    hi
It had been an amazing experience for me.
Initially Seven days seem a big milestone but i think it is very much wanted if you want to have a happy, peaceful life.
My concentration levels have really gone up .. My saturnine life has come to an end and i dont live agrotesque, and rather whimsical life anymore. It does seems like mental torture for first 2 days but as time passes you seem to realise that you are indeed very lucky to have gain something so authentic at so early an age.It had been an honour to have been taught by Mr.Dhar.Please take up the courses. It is a unknown friend’s request.
